Requested transfer to a specialist, the operator put me on hold, then I heard a series of strange clicks...then the phone was picked up but know one talked...I could hear people talking in the background...finally after several minutes, a woman picked up who had an accent but I could understand her enough for her to tell me that they had transferred to a call center for ANOTHER AIRLINE! WOW! Used the **** number, picked up immediately and operator did help.
