The clothes were in-stock, but I've gotten all kinds of excuses including holiday season, moving of warehouse, etc. Then, there's no tracking * for the shipment. Customer service says it's USPS, the site says UPS. I was told that there's nothing they can do but "I should just wait" for the package to arrive, whenever that should be. I will NEVER order from Spiegel again!!!!!!
