~JRW:I ordered a shirt as a Christmas gift on *****. I called to check on it on ***** and was told that they lost the order, but that they would send the shirt two day express and get it there by Christmas. I got a confirmation email from Spiegel that it was sent by ground (called back again to no avail). Finally called back on **** and learned that they never shipped the shirt and that it was out of stock. Additionally, each conversation with a "fashion consultant" was met with completely unnecessary attitude on their part. I will NEVER shop there again!
