~LAlvidrez:I called * different times, was transferred to wrong departments or put on hold then disconnected. The last time the associate told me he would make sure i was connected to correct dept. which he did. After talking to this assoc. was put on hold then a busy signal came over my phone. Didn't get anything resolved. Even asked to speak to a manager and was never connected to a manager. This is a **** shame because I generally buy sony products but after this ordeal I chose to boycott sony products.
