First off, it was after *pm and the kid forgot to give me my shakes half off until I mentioned it. When I got back to my house (which is across the non-busy street), my fries were cold, the lg cheesy tater tots were barely half covered in cheese and last but not least, a caramel shake should taste like caramel - at least a little. It's the second time I've gotten a caramel shake that didn't fast like caramel from the same location. For the simple fact that all of that cost $**, including *** off my shakes - I should receive great quality products. I don't normally complain, but money doesn't come easy these days and having to pay Sonic prices, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of food at this particular (Seabrook, TX) location.
