I was told he would immediately ship out an upgrade which was in stock and I have an email confirmation from him stating that they were shipping out immediately. Over a week has gone by, no package no tracking number. I called left messages... could not get an answer. I then receive an email a few days later: "There was no way we could get anything out to fast enough because of how
