I can not afford to pay to wait for two hours on the phone - thus far I have tried twenty phone numbers and listened to an idiot recording five times - without being connected to a person who might have the brain to assist me, you are an inept, bumbling, overstaffed with clods, hopeless administration. I will probably contact my congressman - unless that individual is of the same ilk.
