GetHuman-80418:While trying to get a credit * months after I cancelled my subscription I was given the run around by customer service rep "Danny". Instead of crediting my account for * months of unauthorized charges, I was offered free service going forward for several months. When I declined and asked for Danny's last name and his supervisors name, he declined to give this information to me stating he was not allowed to. **When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he put me on hold, transferred me to another line and I was placed on hold for *** minutes with out any one picking up before I hung up.**I will never again use this companies service and I will recommend to others not to use them because of deceptive and under handed business practices.
