They told me in my account it mentioned a one time payment made on ****, but said it probably did not get approved. I advised them their agent did not do their job, but they don't seem to care they have an inept crew of people working here that do a very poor job. I had to pay this bill today with a $*.** svc chg because their rep did not do THEIR job.
