Put me on hold, then transferred when I asked to cancel, then put on hold, then transferred, then put on hold again, then I spoke to a supervisor, who transferred me to Listening Care, who then transferred me to XM Customer Care. At this point, I asked if the call was being recorded . . .and asked for a supervisor. I was put on hold and then transferred, again, only to talk to an agent named John who informed me account was cancelled by first agent!
