~realconsumer:I felt as if I were speaking to a machine as I'd already gone through all the steps listed in the manual but had to repeat them. It was a waste of time as I was told I would have to "box up" the unit, pay shipping there and back and get a "reduced price" on the exact model. Not much of a deal, and I suspect the machine I'd receive would be a rebuilt. No stars from me.
