~melulu：I called cust support for GE for fridge I got at Sears. I needed a plug that should have come w*fridge * yrs ago. I ask why I didnt get the plug. They didnt know why. I ask them to ship me one, they said I had to buy it for $** * shipping because fridge is out of warranty. CATCH **! Then I called Sears, same story from them, so I ask to speak to supervisor, they switched me to GE. Since I had been there before and got same answer, I called my store where fridge was purchased. Instead of store, I got a go-tween "support".. told him my story and demanded that I get mgr of dept at my store. Was finally switched into that dept. Got a floor mgr. She worked w*other mgrs at store and was told part did not come with fridge. So we met in middle, I pay for part, $* and they paid shipping. *WHAT A SHAME that I or anyone has to go thru something like this over a $** part! *AND to top it off, when I called GE parts dept, the part thru them cost $* * shipping.
