~SearsSucks:Horrible doesn't even begin to describe my experience with Sears & their repair & customer services!!! Waited literally all day for a service appointment in which they didn't show & once I called to find out why, I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled! Here's the kicker... I DID NOY CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT!!!!! I was put on hold multiple times, including once for over ** minutes!!!! I kept getting the run-around & have called * times now tonight & still no one can tell me why my appointment was cancelled. Sears will NEVER earn my business again!!! Do NOT use them for any type of repair & God bless you if you have to call them for any type of customer service. I would be ashamed to work for this company & completely embarrassed to ever admit that I was employed by such idiots! Today you lost a customer!!!
