~Denise:The customer service team (i called twice) was able to answer my questions, however, the drivers were over * hours late, they were supposed to call me twice to advise of timing and i never received a single call. If i didn't follow up with the customer service team I would have been in the dark. They get an A for being able to answer the questions, but an F for follow through and customer delivery satisfaction.
