I don't think I have ever experienced the worst company to take care of an issue. the people that answer the phones, only have a speech to go by. here is the next number to call or I will have someone call you to take care of this. that never happened. we have been dealing with the for months. and its now the end of march and still haven't got any results. I would be ashamed to work for Samsung. and in the future I will do everything I can to
