~Rosemark TN:A while back I tried to order a cake at a local club bakery. I called on Monday for a Saturday pickup and was told they were not taking any more orders for the ENTIRE WEEK. I called another store, who assured me they could take my order with no problems, and that was a typical reponse from the other store and because of that, this store was sometimes overwhelmed with their overflow orders. Today I called again, asked to be transferred to the bakery and I think the person laid the phone down. I held for ** minute and they never transferred me or picked back up. I called the other store again and got a busy signal several times over @ ** minutes. When I got it to ring through, someone picked up the phone and did the same thing. I held for another ** minutes and no one ever took the call. My membership is up for renewal and I WILL BE GOING TO COSTCO FROM NOW ON!!! NEVER AGAIN will I give Sam's Club my business.
