~hfg:Having this company handle my business's data made me queasy. First, they advertised $** month, then charged the first ** months in one shot. Second, I found it difficult to export data. Third, when I tried to cancel my account, they gave me a run around by making me go through customer support, then to billing, THEN billing said they could not do anything because it was my first year and I had to go through my "Account Executive," a salesguy I spoke with a few times before signing up. This guy then told me salesforce.com would likely not pro-rate the subscription and would take all of my money for the year. He even said he knew they ADVERTISED it as $**month, but they contract said that they had a right not to pro-rate the subscription. **The whole experience made me really nervous about keeping an active database I planned to use and update in their cloud. I have gone back to ACT and will likely use either Companionlink or Google contacts to make use of remote updates.
