~jonk1969:the woman had a very thick accent and i couldn't understand her. i called because i haven't received my monthly minutes for several months. she gave me a phone number that, when i called it, was just an automated system with no actual human beings to speak with. got nowhere. the reason i called the ***-***-**** number is because the first number i called, there was no way to talk to a human. then i call this number and she refers me to a number which also gives me no opportunity to speak with a human. talk about getting "the runaround"!
