GetHuman-105583:I have called numerous times trying to get a phone working on behalf of the person it was issued to. We are up to the second phone and have yet to be able to get it to work. Whe I get to speak to a live person I am given new phone number to call that are only computer automated. This person needs this phone so he can call an ambulance when needed. Evidently a human life means nothing.
