~Martha:I have a problem I am trying and have been trying to report that my charger no longer works however, no one will come on the line and I get dead silence. I need my phone so that I can use it I have called twice and when I go to the website I am told to contact technical support however no one at technical support will call me back because there is only a recording. I would come and work for you and actually answer the phones because evidently there is no one working there when a actual human calls in now not only do I NOT have a phone to use tomorrow I WILL try to borrow a friends phone to make calls.
