~K ：Service times are diabolical. When you initially phone up they ask you what's wrong. The first time I said the water wasn't coming in... Which would indicate pump. Engineer came out with no parts had to order. Also said I could carry on to use machine, which obviously it couldn't! I had to wait further ** days for engineer to fit. **It had now gone wrong again, again told them that this time water comes in not pumping it around... So won't you think they would deduce the problem, again engineer came out without part and ordered it, I have today been told that again I have to wait another week to fit! So again another fortnight from phone call to mend .... Well hopefully!! *Won't be buying another based on service time!!!
