After holding for this inordinate length of time, my call was*transferred to sales & service (at which time the message stated that your offices*were closed.**Erin & I determined June billing was $**.**. She then advised my July billing was $**.***(which is an increase of $**.***monthly. As you can imagine, I am totally frustrated with*my efforts and AT&T's lack of communication.**In today's market ALL Internet providers & HD televisions providers are contacting "new*clients" in an effort to add profit to their bottom
