~unclefungus:Without a doubt the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. This is my *nd experience with Rosetta Stone and my last for sure! They pulled the full amount out of my bank account instead of the agreed installments. The longest we have been on hold is *hours and thirty minutes. I have been escalated to customer service I've lost count. Numerous emails of promises to refund full amount and re-bill. It's been ** days since I've ordered the program and I have yet to receive my package. Just the worst company ever.
