~hickory:The automated system for Right Source is really off the wall, and I am so sorry I signed up for Humana's drug plan which uses Right Source. Today was the "best" - I picked up the phone and an automated voice asked me to verify who I was. Once that was done, it told me they had been trying to contact my doctor about my medication and wanted my help contacting him since he wasn't answering. They did not say which doctor or which mediction. I copied down the number that I was told to give to my doctor. After I hung up, I tried calling that number and received an automated message identical to the one I had just listened to. So I went to the computer, looked up the Right Source number, was transferred a few times (always happens) and finally reached someone who could tell me which doctor and which medication.
