From their customer service reps to their pharmacy technicians, to their pharmacists, the incompetency, stupidity and screwups are endless. Because I had a refill on my pain medication I was unaware of, their lovely pharmacist voided the NEW prescription my doctor sent in. Doing this screwed up my ordering of the medication for weeks. Then, on Oct. *, the stupid new law regulating this "dangerous" drug by changing it from Sch.III to Sch.II requires only ** day supplies at a time. (Hydrocodone, which, by the way, pain researchers found **% of those taking it on a chronic basis had no addiction whatsoever).**Here are how many different answers I got from both regular agents and pharmacists:**** day supply can be faxed or written as they are mail order and the rules apply differently. * reps*pharmacists said.**** day supply can only be mailed in.**** day supply with
