~jbass:I built a new home and went with a RHEEM unit. The compressor kept going out each year on this new unit. Rheem did not want to help in any way EVEN though the unit was brand new. They wanted to claim the compressor wasnt under warranty. When I asked for a new unit the supervisor (TROY)quickly remarked that wouldn't happen. My husband works hard in a hot factory all day and has to come home to a hot house. I will never purchase another Rheem product EVER. I plan to reach out to social media and further my platform against Rheem. I feel like my husband and I were taken advantage of by the Rheem company. A new unit should work like a new unit!
