All of the other times, I had to call in because SOMETHING had changed, and I was unable to access Rhapsody without a phone call and some kind of tech support. The last time they messed up my playlists, and the agent gave me credit for ** downloads. Now that I have time to select them, I can't get in, as usual. I am just about to give up and cancel.
