~Tammy Fontenot:We have gone through the store manager and was hung up on. We have gone through district manager and he did not return our calls for two weeks. Finally got our washer and dryer after getting three replacement dryers that did not work. When we got the dryer back the light inside wasn't working. We called the district manager about it and he said they would contact us the next day and still have not heard anything. I called customer service a week ago and asked to speak to someone over district manager again. My boyfriend had already requested it and no one ever contacted him. They said to leave a voicemail and he would return my call in two hours. If not call back and they will go over his head. Of course when I called back no one new what I was talking about.
