~CitizenTom:Bought a Treadmill that was missing the bolts that held the motor onto the frame. They said they would have a service agent out within * days. It's now been * weeks and * phone calls without anyone EVER picking up the phone. I even called sales and they said they would pass it onto the customer service supervisor...it never happened. I tried to use their website to contact them, and got error after error when trying to send my complaints. I will NEVER buy anything from ICON or any subsidiary (Reebok, Pro-Form, etc.) again. This is the most frustrating and worst experience I have ever had.
