I buy minutes on one day and my phone is turned off for at least two days after I buy them. I have a hard time getting thru by phone and the Live Chat Now people are not knowlegable enough to help a *st. grader. All I'm asking for is when I buy minutes I expect them to be posted within a couple of minutes, not two days later with my phone cut complletly OFF.
