~Charlie:I ordered a refurbished mouse and received it in a reasonable number of days. I would have been happy, but the mouse (wireless) would not turn on. I returned the mouse, and after expecting a replacement for several days, they notified me that they were out of my model and would give me a refund. The refund came across the same day, but for the rounded down dollar amount. I paid $**.** and only got $**.** back after a month long process where I still didn't have the product I paid for! The customer service was quick, but unhelpful and scripted. I will not be using them again.
