~Anonymous :I've call * times and every time I have called they had hung up on me * out of the * times. I also do not like how they'll answer me and ask "How May we help you today" and after they are done listening to what I need help with they just transfer me to a different service and I am once again on hold for another **-** minutes. I usually don't have any trouble with getting a hold of people and getting the help I need for what ever I may need people, but this service is one of the worst calling service I've been on and I'm sorry if that offends everyone by what I have said.
