I had to start with Live Chat as their live person line has closed down (even though I have paid for the in-person help service). By the time I got a person on the phone, I had to leave the call. So I called later. This time it took ** minutes before I got a live person. They fixed one problem but created several other serious problems which I didn't discover till I had hung up. Now I'm trying to get someone on chat to help with the problems created. What's happened to Quicken?
