~acensor：Basically I've been unable to reach a human being at Quicken, although I'm an experienced computer user and web user and actually do computer support for a living myself. I could find no phone access, no chat access, no email access. Three months ago I WAS able to get chat acess and through that finally escalated to phone contact. Today as they say their support model "has changed". As far as I can see it has changed to "no human being support whatever."
