~Islandtime:Intuit does not care about the customer base. Purchased **** pro as upgrade last week for $***. Then found we only have * seats, (after setting up * stations). Called for more seats. Was told now needed to buy Premier for an additional $***. We did. Now we cant search ship to Fields. Have no less than ** hours with support. Does not work in their sample files or on ours. Costing me $****'s*day by not being able to search ** years of custom estimates. no one cares. They just put you on never ending hold. Once was for over * hours! Still no solution. Going to try one more time and if not we are switching to Xero.
