Started calling on *****, was told everyday from ***** - ***** that it was shipped and "should arrive that day or the next day". The UPS tracking number listed online was invalid, I verified that w* UPS. After going through about ** customer service reps and * "supervisors", was finally told on ***** that the order was "not transmitted to Dell" so it would be another * weeks before delivery". Needless to say my credit card was charged early December. Basically my son had no Xmas presents. I took * days off from work waiting at home for the UPS man because was told a signature was required or package would not be left at my house. I will NEVER order from QVC again!!
