It's an awful company with a supervisor of the call center that doesn't want to solve customer problems. They don't seem to understand what they did wrong or pretend to not understand. They vassilate and provide empty promises. You have to explain the problem every time you call because the supervisor doesn't want to confront the issue. Their practices are illegal and I will surprise them with a lawsuit for their negligence and their unwillingness to correct their mistake.
