I was on hold for so long that I felt sorry for her when she finally answered - wondered how many people get angry and yell at them when they finally do answer. My only complaint would be the wait time. She was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Able to answer my questions, sent me more info via e-mail, and asked if I needed anything else.
