~shoregal：I was supposed to take an exam with this company. After being told that I had to show up ** minutes early, I arrive ** minutes early, just to be safe. It is * minutes prior to the test start time and they call me up to see my ID. They then tell me that because the state of PA put a hyphen in my last name rather than a space, I can not test today! I took days off from work to prepare and today to take the test. REALLY??? Employees were rude and responded like they were dictators! So I called the test company only to be put on hold and then told they were closed! YEAH! I think that the agencies need to rethink using this company for their standardized tests
