The customer service rep kept talking over me and was very patronizing and kept repeating the same thing (if you send it back we'll evaluate whether any additional action is needed). I had already agreed to do that and repeating it more loudly and as a response to every question does not aid resolution. FYI the call was because the internal mechanism on two of three cans of hair spray ($** a can) failed halfway through.
