~nfared515:my wife had a life threating emergency come up on our reservation date that required her to get surgery the following morning. I had called in to priceline to inform them that i wouldn't be able to keep reservations, rep said to send hospital information so they could verify it and that a refund would be made except for non-refundable fee of $**. Now * wks later they are saying no "They are sorry for the misunderstanding", i guess I had to let my wife bleed to death and still go on our mini vacation anyway. Horrible service would not recommend to anybody.
