~Aaron：Ludicrously bad customer service. Phone rings fast busy **% of the time, when I get through to a CS Rep they promise, again, to send a bill ... with zero effect. Have not received a bill for my daily subscription in * months, have requested a bill * times, tried to use the website they apparently outsourced, unusable and bug ridden.*So now my paper delivery is stopped, and they won't tell me how much I owe.*Easy to see why newspapers are dying, if this is how they handle the customers that actually want to pay them!
