I now know why Goverment Agencies are HATED, these idiots that work for unemployment think they are gods, they have horrid communication skills and I for one think the attorney generals office should reveiw some of the complaints and do something. They can give millions away but can't push a button and release a payment. FIRE, FIRE FIRE EVERY IDIOT IN THESE OFFICES THAT DONT APPRECIATE THEIR JOBS. There are plenty who could do their jobs with the civility a tax payer deserves.......
