Without warning me, te first representative deleted a shipping address that had been confirmed through a delivery, could not be reconfirmed without another delivery -- which the current vendor would not do without having it confirmed!! The representative said "No problem. i changed 'something' on your account." He did not. Next rep was a female who had me on for over an hour as she continually put me on hold, came back with answers that did not address my question. Completely frustrating and lost the purchase I was trying to make.
