I logged into my paypal account while I talked to her and saw the 'one time verification code' when I clicked on the 'call us' from the 'help' page, which made me uncomfortable with the call I had made* so I hung up and called the other number with the verification. I was talking to a person within * minute of putting the code into the automated system only. The wait time was no worse and no call center noises and there weren't questions about my email addresses, only verification info.
