After a week of trying to contact customer service with ** to ** minute hold times, most resulting in hang ups on their part either from the automated system which said they were experiencing high call volume, or being hung up on by their "customer service" person on one instance when I finally spoke with one! Pray there's no foul up if you try to save a few dollars by ordering from this less than professional company!
