GetHuman-184404：After noticing that my bill had been consistently over estimated I called to provide a meter reading over the phone. I was then informed that PSE&G needed to send someone. They only perform this task from *-* Mon-Fri. I asked if they could perform a reading after * or on Weekends I was then told no not possible. I told the person on the phone who was very condescending that if not they would have to accept my reading. They changed their mind & scheduled me for **** and no one showed up.
