~Anonymous :NO POWER OVER A HOLIDAY WEEKEND!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TILL TUESDAY!!! I paid my bill on Thursday morning and was told my power would be restored by Friday before the sun went down. I called twice on a Friday and they reassured me that someone was coming out but they couldn't give me an exact time of day. Yesterday was my child's birthday and we came home at ** pm last night and our power was still off. No one ever came. Due to this we had to cancel his sleepover, now we are staying at a hotel, all my food is ruined In both refrigerators and deep freezers. If my power was turned on Friday as promised by your company I wouldn't have all my groceries ruined. Your company lied and didn't deliver on their part. You were fine with taking my money but very unprofessional in how this was handled. Your company didn't do its responsible job. You have no emergency number to reach anyone when neglect on your part happens . Now we have to go thru a whole weekend with no power !! Monday is a holi
