~Michael：Been having alot of problems with this site recently. Mostly customer service problems. They used to have a customer service phone number, now you can only really reach them on twitter or email which is inconvenient and a stupid method in all honesty. Also, ive been waiting for an order for about a month now and still havent got a order confirmation email or tracking number. Turn to find out that they still havent even shipped my order. However, you best believe they took my money though. Also im basically paying for a shipping method that they arent staying true to. These arent the first and only problems ive been having with this site. It ***** because ive spent alot of money on this site and recommended it to alot of people. Just to realize that this company truley doesnt care about its customers and so no remorse or compensation for any of the frequent and irritating inconvenience. Its very disappointing, i might not be purchasing from this site in the future.
