All agents are in the Philippines, can't understand, have no regard for customers. Asked to speak with someone in the US and they said their wasn't anyone in customer service in our country. I refuse to do business with a company that hires everyone overseas with the unemployment rate we have here. My poor pets will now have nothing under the tree.
